You will be buying shares of the corporation and will receive shares as proof of ownership, like in a coop in the US. This makes title transfer quick and mostly free of charge. And there’s no need to pay for the yearly bank trust.
The HOA also pays for the property tax bill or predial bill, so the $1,000 per year HOA fee really saves you money when you calculate in a predial bill, a water bill, and possibly a bank trust as ongoing expenses. It’s really a great way to own property.
And did I mention the views will leave you in awe? The best on the coast due to the way the land slopes and to the north and south there is nothing to block your views. It’s a must-see to appreciate it.
